The Group’s second office in Spain in less than a year brings its regulated, cross-border planning expertise to Catalonia and marks the next stage of its European growth.

Skybound Wealth has launched Lumi, a single platform for learning, coaching and development across every part of the Group. It starts with onboarding, essential systems, and technical and client-facing development, with further phases to follow. Specialists inside the business shape the material, and every colleague follows a route based on their role, experience and location.
Today we are announcing Lumi, our new group-wide learning, coaching and development platform. Lumi brings the expertise across Skybound Wealth into one place, from onboarding and technical training to advisory skills, coaching and leadership development, for every colleague in every market.
With a coordinated delivery, Lumi will be introduced in phases, beginning with onboarding, essential systems, and technical and client-facing development.
Earlier this year Skybound was named Company of the Year for the third year running at the Investment International Awards 2026, alongside awards for Excellence in Client Service and Excellence in Fintech. Much of our technology, from MoneyMap to the Skybound client app, is built in-house. Lumi brings the same approach to the development of our people.
The name is deliberately short and approachable, something that works in everyday conversation rather than a formal training-programme title. Its identity, Learn · Apply · Grow, describes what it is for: learning that is applied in real client work and that supports a career, not just a course.
Mike Coady, Chief Executive Officer of the Skybound Wealth Management Group, said:
“We have people across Skybound with considerable knowledge, experience and judgement. Lumi is about making more of that expertise available across the Group.
“As we continue to invest in technology and expand our specialist capabilities, we are also investing in the people who make those capabilities valuable to clients. Their development deserves the same attention as any other part of our growth.”

An Academy participant, an experienced adviser building a specialism and a colleague preparing for management will each follow a different route, with existing qualifications and experience informing the starting point. Lumi will support every part of the Group, including Women Like Us, Athletes & Creators, Skybound Property & Finance and Global Partners, and the Skybound Academy will retain its identity.
Internal specialists and experienced practitioners will help shape and review the learning, making useful knowledge available beyond their immediate teams. Expert-led videos, live sessions, discussion and practical exercises will connect knowledge with application, and colleagues will be able to ask questions, share experience and contribute to improving the material.
AI will support the creation and discovery of learning, helping specialists turn approved material into structured resources and helping colleagues find relevant guidance, with learning assistance introduced in phases. Technical owners remain responsible for accuracy, and AI assistance will not replace specialist judgement.

“I want people to see a future for themselves at Skybound Wealth and understand the support available to help them build it. That applies whether they are starting their career or bringing decades of experience.
“A client may never see Lumi. They should feel its value in how well we prepare, how clearly we explain their options and how reliably we follow through.”

No. Lumi supports professional development and keeps a clear record of it. Course completion remains distinct from demonstrated competence or authorisation.
The Academy keeps its identity. Its programmes will be supported through Lumi alongside learning for established professionals across the Group.
Lumi will be introduced in phases, starting with onboarding, essential systems, and technical and client-facing development. Colleagues will see demonstrations and a roadmap in the coming weeks.
