Skybound Wealth, the global wealth advisory brand of the Skybound Wealth Management Group, has strengthened its expansion in Spain with the opening of a new office in Barcelona, through Skybound Insurance Brokers Ltd, Sucursal en España, the Group’s Spanish branch.
Barcelona is Skybound’s second Spanish location in less than a year. The Group announced its move into Spain in December 2025, appointed Taylor Condon as Country Manager for Spain in January 2026 and opened its Mijas office on the Costa del Sol in May. Barcelona now extends that presence into Catalonia and north-eastern Spain.
Spain has become an increasingly important market for international expatriates, entrepreneurs, professionals and families whose financial lives often span several jurisdictions. Many face complex decisions around pensions, retirement income, protection, tax residence, succession planning, property, currency exposure and long-term financial security.
Barcelona is one of Europe’s leading international business centres. It is home to a large international community, a strong business and entrepreneurial culture, and some of the most established expatriate neighbourhoods on the Spanish coast, from the city itself to towns such as Sitges. For many of the people who live and work here, financial life does not stop at one border.
The city is also well connected. Fast rail links to Madrid and the rest of Spain make it easier for the Barcelona team to support clients across the country, not only in Catalonia.
With Mijas anchoring the Costa del Sol and wider Andalusia region, and Barcelona covering the north-east, Skybound now has a presence at both ends of Spain’s most international regions. Both offices form part of the same Spanish branch and operate under the same authorisation, governance and standards.
The two offices give Skybound greater reach across Spain and reflect the different character of the markets they serve. Barcelona brings an important new base in one of Europe’s leading international business centres, complementing the Group’s established presence in southern Spain and creating further opportunities to support clients with increasingly international financial needs.

Taylor’s own career reflects that approach. She began advising clients in the UK, spent six years advising clients in Switzerland and now leads the Group’s Spanish operation. She holds the Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA), the CySEC Advanced Certificate, issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, and is SEC registered (Series 65).

The Barcelona office will host a programme of client and partner events in the months ahead to mark the launch. The expansion is part of a wider European build-out, as the Group continues to invest in regulated local presence backed by global infrastructure, alongside its established operations in the UK, Switzerland and Cyprus.

Skybound’s Spanish presence operates through Skybound Insurance Brokers Ltd, Sucursal en España, the Spanish branch of Skybound Insurance Brokers Ltd. The company is a Cyprus-licensed insurance intermediary regulated by the Insurance Companies Control Service (ICCS), with the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones (DGSFP) as host state regulator in Spain.
The Barcelona office is an additional office of the existing Spanish branch. It is not a new branch or a separate company, and it operates under Skybound Insurance Brokers Ltd’s ICCS licence with the same governance and standards as the Mijas office. Both locations are supported by the Group’s centralised governance framework and proprietary planning technology, which is how Skybound keeps its standards consistent wherever clients are based.
