Skybound Wealth has appointed Savills as a preferred partner for property-related advice across its international offices. The relationship centres on the residential market, with the UK remaining a primary area of interest for Skybound's client base, and extends into other markets through Savills' global network. It strengthens Skybound Property & Finance by adding specialist property expertise alongside the division's existing lending and wealth planning capabilities.
Property sits close to the centre of many clients' financial plans, whether that's an investment, a home purchase, or a long-term holding used to generate income. Through this partnership, Skybound advisers can introduce clients to Savills specialists as property questions come up, and those conversations stay connected to each client's funding position and broader financial goals.
The relationship centres on the residential market, with the UK expected to remain a primary area of interest for Skybound's international client base. UK property has drawn expatriate and international investors for decades, offering an established market for holding capital and building wealth over time. Savills brings research and market knowledge that adds depth to those conversations.
Skybound's clients are spread across multiple markets, and their property interests often follow them. The partnership extends past the UK: through Savills' international network, Skybound is now better placed to connect clients to local property expertise in the UAE, Europe and other regions where their plans might take them.
This partnership builds directly on Skybound Property & Finance, the division Kieron Franklin was appointed to lead in May 2026. Advisers now have specialist property expertise to draw on alongside the division's lending and finance capabilities, so property can be weighed as part of a fuller financial planning conversation rather than handled on its own.
Mike Coady, CEO of Skybound Wealth Management Group, said:
"Property is an important part of the financial lives of many of our clients, whether they are investing, purchasing a home or considering opportunities across different international markets. Having Savills as a preferred property partner gives our advisers access to specialist expertise when those conversations arise. The UK will naturally remain an important market for many of our clients, while the strength of Savills' international network means we are also better positioned to support clients whose property requirements take them into other markets. This is ultimately about strengthening the range of expertise available to our advisers and ensuring our clients can access the right specialist support when property forms part of their wider financial plans."
If property forms part of your financial plans, in the UK or further afield, a Skybound Wealth adviser can talk through what this partnership means for you and connect you with the right specialist support.
