Review of Consultation with Christopher Ellis via Google Meet
Aside from not having a working webcam (an issue at the company's end, not the client's, and not a matter of any consequence), the conversation went very well. Backup via phone (Whatsapp) was not needed. The conversation followed a clear an structured agenda, with screensharing of forms and information when needed. I had every opportunity to state our savings and investment priorities and objectives, and I believe I provided necessary information clearly, in order for the best and most relevant targeted advice to be given. I believe that the adviser was able to take note of the information provided and recognised that our circumstances are perhaps not typical of all clients. I was happy to agree to further conversations with specialists on wills (done on 18th March) and on property (due on 23rd March), as these are matters of importance to us.
