Review Of Consultation With Mr Christopher Ellis...
The regular review was efficiently set up by phone the previous week, and the meeting was conducted through MS Teams. One minor technical issue - when I accepted the meeting invitation I lost the link, so had to email to ask for it again. This was purely a technical matter and no reflection on the adviser. The meeting went smoothly and Mr Ellis was well informed as to our situation. He made sure that we were fully informed and talked us through the survey form etc., after which I outlined our financial situation and future plans. In the consultation all relevant issues were covered in a short space of time.

On Oct 25th I sent an inquiry to my advisor regarding a concern that I had with one of our investments. Chris got back to me right away (within 2 days) and we had a meeting to discuss the recommended changes. We are going to put these into effect today. I appreciate Chris' honest and informative suggestions regarding our portfolio. He ensures to explain all of the risks and the corresponding benefits with our investment strategy going forward. Growth is really important to us right now as we are hoping to retire within the next 10 years. On a more personal note; Chris is easy to talk to, he answers all of our questions, he has a calm demeanour and he adds the "human element" which is really important in relationships such as this.
