William Bailey is a senior private wealth adviser and the Group Head of Global Partners at Skybound Wealth Management, where he leads the firm’s international advisory and servicing division. He is responsible for advising high-net-worth individuals, globally mobile professionals, and international families, while also overseeing the standards, strategy, and client experience delivered by Skybound’s Global Partners team worldwide.
With more than eight years of experience in international wealth management, William is trusted by clients with complex, multi-jurisdictional financial lives who require clarity, structure, and long-term confidence in their financial decision-making. His work focuses on building durable financial strategies that stand up to market volatility, regulatory change, and major life transitions.
As Group Head of Global Partners, William leads one of Skybound Wealth Management’s most strategically important divisions. The Global Partners team exists to serve internationally connected clients whose financial affairs span multiple countries, currencies, and regulatory environments. William is responsible for ensuring that advice delivered across this division is consistent, compliant, and aligned with best-in-class planning standards.
This leadership role places William at the centre of Skybound’s international advice framework. He works closely with senior management, compliance teams, investment specialists, and external partners to ensure that every recommendation made under the Global Partners banner is robust, transparent, and suitable for long-term client outcomes.

William has advised clients across the UK, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Since relocating to the UAE in 2018, he has specialised in advising expatriates and internationally mobile professionals who face challenges such as cross-border taxation, retirement planning across jurisdictions, currency exposure, and globally diversified investment needs.
This international perspective allows William to anticipate issues that are often missed by advisers with a purely domestic focus. His planning takes into account not just where a client lives today, but where they may live, work, retire, or hold assets in the future.
