In this role, Tom leads the efforts to streamline the introduction of new products, simplifying processes for advisers and enabling them to better serve their clients. He also oversees the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs designed to equip Skybound Wealth’s advisers and BDMs with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive. Additionally, his strategic oversight extends to managing the firm's investment functions, as well as continuously improving the quality and clarity of communications and advice reports.

Beyond these responsibilities, Tom provides essential support for advisers handling complex client needs, ensuring the firm remains ahead of legislative changes that could impact international investors. Through regular webinars, training sessions, and product updates, he works to maintain Skybound Wealth’s position as a leader in financial planning expertise.
