Excellent service - Kevin Birtles, very professional with personal touch
We initially made contact with Kevin Birtles with regards to some advise with a pension based in the UK. However after recent parental bereavement and the daunting thought of being over taxed/double taxed/not fully understanding the system and in truth really struggling to juggle everything we really needed help in many different areas. Kevin offered his proffesional advise and was A1A from our very first communication. Being based around 6 hours away from his office we initially had regular Zoom meetings, phone calls and email correspondance. Once we had various things in place Kevin and his very competent assistant Rachel actually made the long journey to visit us in person, in our own home! Very professional but with a lovely personal touch we chatted through all the necessary and after they left we both felt very much at ease and very confident that we had chosen the right people to manage our finances. Both Rachel and Kevin have their clients best interests at heart and make regular contact with us all the while keeping a close eye on our investments.
