Skybound Wealth Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Lily Johnson as Group Head of Talent, bringing a wealth of experience to our team.

Lily Johnson joins us from Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, where she has served as Talent Acquisition Manager. Her career in recruitment and talent management has seen her manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both iconic properties.

Lily's career began after graduating with First Class Honours in Business from Northumbria University. She gained valuable experience at Disney in the USA before joining the Jumeirah team in Mayfair, London, before being approached to join the pre-opening team of Atlantis The Royal.

In her new role as Group Head of Talent at Skybound Wealth Management, Lily will be responsible for overseeing our global recruitment strategies, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the wealth management industry. Her extensive experience in recruitment and talent development will be invaluable in driving our talent acquisition initiatives and enhancing our organizational capabilities.
