Financial Advice
Savings & Investments
Emmanuel Asuquo is a Private Wealth Adviser at Skybound Wealth UK, with close to twenty years' experience advising individuals, families and business owners on long-term financial planning, and a particular specialism in pensions and retirement planning.
An FCA-regulated financial adviser holding the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, Emmanuel began his advice career within one of the world's largest banking groups, becoming its youngest financial adviser at 22. He has since advised thousands of clients across every stage of the financial journey, from early accumulation and protection through to retirement, decumulation and the transfer of wealth between generations.
Pensions sit at the centre of his practice. Emmanuel has extensive experience reviewing and restructuring pension arrangements, consolidating fragmented and legacy schemes, and building retirement income strategies that are tax efficient, sustainable and resilient to changing markets and legislation. He works closely with clients approaching or already in retirement to ensure their arrangements are properly understood, properly costed and genuinely fit for the next twenty or thirty years, not simply left where they were last reviewed.
Alongside this, Emmanuel has significant experience advising high net worth individuals with more complex financial affairs, including business owners, professionals and families managing wealth across multiple assets and generations. His work covers investment strategy, retirement planning, protection, tax efficiency, and inheritance and estate planning, always constructed around the client's objectives rather than around products.
His approach is deliberately long-term and relationship-led. Emmanuel takes time to understand what each client is trying to achieve, explains the reasoning behind every recommendation, and reviews plans consistently so they remain suitable as circumstances change. Clients frequently cite his ability to make complex financial decisions clear as the reason they choose to work with him and stay with him.
That clarity is also why Emmanuel has become one of the most recognisable voices in UK personal finance, appearing regularly on Channel 4, the BBC and ITV, and in The Times, The Telegraph and the Daily Mail, as well as being a published author on financial planning. Clients meeting him for the first time often already know how he thinks about money, which is a rare and useful starting point for a long-term advisory relationship.
