After updating of my personal file and looking into the current situation, an alternative way ahead was proposed and presented in a clear manner, taking into account my recently submitted risk tolerance questionnaire and pinpointing important aspects to consider for re-shaping the portfolio (e.g. risks related to currency exchange rates, costs, performances, etc.) The information was transmitted in a concise, clear and polite way, and all my remaining questions were answered satisfactorily.
