Recommendation - Mr. Christopher Ellis Senior Advisor, Skybound Wealth Management

I have had the privilege of working with Mr Christopher Ellis (Senior Advisor Skybound Wealth Management) as my Financial Advisor for several years, firstly, when I held a Premier Plan with Friends Provident International (now matured and surrendered on 3 February 2021) and a financial investment under Flex Global (on-going). I would like to state right at the outset that I have complete confidence and trust in Christopher’s financial advice and guidance. I have benefited from the passion, knowledge, and genuine interest that he continues to exhibit in guiding me through my financial investment journey. He has been very proactive in his approach to making me understand the situations and different scenarios in the financial markets. Christopher has consistently kept me abreast of the changes in the financial markets and guided me in making sound investment options. I appreciate his deep understanding of the markets, his analytical skills, and forthrightness at enabling me understand the intricacies and risks, particularly during the early days of the COVID 19 when there was uncertainty and fear due to the significant volatility experienced in the financial markets. He has communicated the problems and gaps in my financial plans and offered solutions that I understand as a lay person. I highly appreciate the regular and well-planned review sessions that confirm my confidence in his guidance. I always look forward to the various one to one policy review sessions that he handles holistically, including analysis of market trends, gauging my understanding, and exposing me to aspects of my portfolio that I would not otherwise understand. I believe strongly that my investment portfolio with Friends Provident International was properly structured with timely reallocation of assets whenever goals changed. I can state with confidence that Christopher is familiar with me as a client and can easily detect when I have concerns. Finance is not one of my strongest areas and I am a very cautious person. Therefore, I really do appreciate the fact that he is able to break concepts down to the extent that gives me the courage to walk my financial journey. As recent retiree, I look back with nostalgia and satisfaction at the interest Christopher took at my impending retirement. While I understood clearly that the markets were sometimes volatile and this could impact negatively on my investments, his reassurance and encouragement at taking risks helped calm my anxieties and apprehensiveness. I am very happy with Christopher’s services and happy that I am working with a financial adviser who is interested in my needs and understands me fully as client.
