Referrals
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Skybound Wealth Management shall send a gift voucher from a store of your choice to the equivalent of £150 sterling, if you meet the Referral Program requirements.
You may use the Referral Program by sharing a unique link.
Provided you meet the requirements (as in force at that time), you are entitled to a Gift Voucher Reward each time you meet such requirements.
The referee is aware that contact will be made by the referrers advisor on behalf of Skybound Wealth Management
Each friend that you refer to Skybound Wealth Management through the Referral Program will also be entitled to a gift voucher from a store of your choice to the equivalent of £150 sterling. (once the referee becomes a client of Skybound Wealth Management)
Where a referre/referee qualifies for a gift they will receive the gift but no monetary equivalent is available.
Reward and requirements
The Reward is paid once the referee becomes a client of Skybound Wealth Management
It can take 6 months or more for a Skybound Wealth Management Reward to be sent following the successful completion of a transfer.
Prohibited uses
You may only use our Referral Program in good faith for lawful purposes.
You may not invite referrals that you do not know personally, if you do so in a way that (in Skybound Wealth Management’s sole and absolute opinion) constitutes spam or other undesirable or unsolicited communications
You may not use the Referral Program in: (i) any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation; or (ii) any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
Data protection
You represent and warrant to us that you have obtained the express consent from the individuals whose data you provide us with, to the extent you provide us with such data.
If you have been referred to Skybound Wealth Management by a friend and are signing up or have signed up to our referral program using that friend’s referral link, we will share your name and information regarding the fact that contact will be made for the purposes of you and your friend claiming the relevant reward(s).
Abuse of the referral terms
Skybound Wealth Management has the right to refuse to pay you the Gift Voucher Reward if (at its sole and absolute discretion) Skybound Wealth Management suspects that you have not used the Referral Program in good faith or have breached this Agreement.
We will determine, at our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Agreement. When a breach of this Agreement has occurred, Skybound Wealth Management may take such action as we deem appropriate, including (but not limited to) termination of this Agreement,
This program is not intended for commercial use and is intended only for the referral of your friends (and family).
Limitation of liability
Skybound Wealth Management accepts no liability for any use of the Referral Program which does not comply with this Agreement.
Changes to this agreement
We may revise this Agreement at any time by amending this page. Continued use of the Referral Program shall amount to acceptance of the Agreement in force at that time.
Changes to the referral program
Skybound Wealth Management reserves the right to:
(i) amend, alter or change the Referral Program at any time, without notice; and
(ii) terminate the Referral Program at any time, without notice. In the event the Referral Program is terminated, Skybound Wealth Management will not be obliged to make Gift Rewards to any accounts that would have otherwise qualified for a Reward.
