Having held various back office and support roles since joining Skybound in 2015, Rachel has shown the skills, knowledge and experience required to take on the role of Operations Manager in a global organisation.
Rachel's main focus is to ensure each Admin team around the world are supported effectively by developing the support structures in place, whilst working closely with both new and existing service providers to ensure our relationships run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Rachel has previously worked for a number of large UK financial institutions where she accrued almost 20 years of customer service and administration experience, whilst developing an in-depth knowledge of products and procedures, across the full spectrum of financial services.
